By accessing and using ToolBox Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ToolBox Hub provides free and premium online tools including password generators, QR code generators, text utilities, developer tools, and more. All tools run in your browser and do not transmit your data to our servers.

3. Free and Pro Plans

• Free Plan: Access to all tools with a limit of 5 uses per tool per day. Advertisements are displayed.
• Pro Plan ($9/month): Unlimited usage, ad-free experience, export features, early access to new tools, and priority support.

4. Payments and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Share your Pro account with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will produce specific results. Use the outputs at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ToolBox Hub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
